Yoga in your Workplace

Yoga sessions is a great way to show your commitment to your staffs health and well-being. It not only gives your staff a healthy break away from their desk but also the tools to use as and when required for preventative stress and tension to name but a few benefits.

I offer yoga sessions in the workplace. These can be in-person or online. They can also be individually tailored to suit the type of work related to your organisation, for example if your workforce is mainly sitting all day then the classes can be designed to stretch the hip flexors and shoulders. Or if they are mainly on the go then sesions can be tailored to be more restorative. Or they can simply be general classes.

Time frame for classes can also be tailored to suit though typically thy are 30-45mins for lunch break classes and 1 hour for after work classes.

Available Options

General Yoga Sessions

General yoga classes for the workplace will target strength, flexibility and stability resulting in all the typical well being aspects of yoga like better posture, breathing and stress levels. They calm the mind and at the same time revitalise the body leaving your staff feeling refreshed and centred.


Bespoke Yoga Sessions

Bespoke yoga classes are great if your staff have common complaints. For example if they are sitting at a desk all day then they might require yoga geared towards neck & shoulders or the back and posture. If your staff deal with a lot of stressful situations then yoga to re-balance and calm the  mind and body might be best suited.

1:1 Yoga Sessions

1:1 yoga sessions are ideal if a member of staff has any ailments or disabilities. These can be from 20 minutes to 1 hour long and give more individual attention to the member of staff, as well as advice and tools to take away with them to help recovery or practice.

Sleep Recovery

25% of the population and find it hard to fall asleep or wake up in the middle of the night, which means 25% of your staff could be suffering in silence from insomnia. This yoga-based method to improve sleep will give your staff the tools and knowledge to help their sleep enabling them to be more refreshed, clear headed and at their best. 

Shiatsu Sessions

Shiatsu is also a great break away from the desk to rejuvenate your staff or team members. It helps relieve stress and anxiety and at the same time energising and refreshing a person and helping them think clearly. This can be a better option if your staff can’t do yoga sessions.
